Balance MCT CBD Oil Tincture by Somnio can be added to your coffee or can be taken sublingually like other oil tinctures. The perfect oil for people who are trying CBD for the first time with a low strength of 250mg or for more advanced users, looking for a higher strength, use 500mg or 1000mg. It is mostly down to preference and tolerance.
The oil has a natural taste with a hint of coconut which adds some extra flavour to the original Hemp CBD flavouring.

Suggested Use: Start small with 1/2 or 1 full drop and drop beneath your tongue. Hold for 30-60 seconds and swallow. Follow bottle instructions and do not exceed recommended usage.
